A successful workshop was held on 2nd November 2009.

The scope of this workshop, organized by SP3 leader (CEA), was to make people working in basic research aware of the needs and expectations in the area of ceramic printing. The main objective of this seminar was to have fruitful discussions focused on basic research topics (inkjet printing, screen printing, gravure printing, aerosol-jet printing, offset-litography, flexography) but also on the industrial applications of these technologies.

Therefore, experts in the field of functional printing were requested to deliver some keynote lectures during a half-day meeting at the Fraunhofer-Institut für Keramische Technologien und Systeme, IKTS Dresden. This public event was jointly held with the 12M meeting of the MULTILAYER project (2009, 2nd-4th November).
