Altatech Semiconductor has about 50 employees.

Altatech Semiconductor has two major activities:

• refurbishment and sale of equipments for the semiconductor and MEMS industries on one hand, development and sale of innovative equipments for ink-jet printing (AltaDrop), bare silicon wafer inspection (AltaSight) and direct liquid injection chemical vapour deposition (Alta-CVD) on the other hand.
• Altatech Semiconductor serves the European semiconductor and microsystems manufacturing industries.

The nano-printing business unit and the R&D department will be contributing to the project.

The nano-printing business unit develops ink-jet printing equipments for various applications: metallization, biochips, plastic electronics, micro fuel cells, RFID… The R&D department develops application-specific processes and initiates engineering modifications to fulfil new applications requirements.
