One vacancy exists at the Technical University of Vienna, in the Institute for Sensors & Actuators, for a doctoral student. THIS POSITION IS NOW FILLED.

The ideal candidate will have:

• hands-on experience in the area of MEMS-based technologies and measurement techniques;
• clean room experience;
• knowledge of (piezoelectric) thin films: deposition and characterization techniques;
• design of µ-sensors/actuators;
• experience in finite element method (FEM).
